(xiii)Keeping proper accounts of Hessian, Siali fibre and other Winding materials as well as binding, pressing khuntis, Tarpaulines and other stores from the Forester or Range Officer and keeping proper account of these binding materials and stores. He shall be personally responsible for the stores entrusted to him and for maintaining proper accounts of the binding materials received and used by him;
