Section 20(1)(ii) in The Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kachchh University Act, 2003

(ii)to enter into, vary, carry out and cancel contracts on behalf of the University in the exercise or performance of the powers and duties assigned to it by or under this Act and the Statues or the advice of the Finance Committee and the Legal Committee, if any appointed by the Executive Council;
