Section 7(c) in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Procedure, Terms and Conditions for Grant of Trading Licence and other Related Matters) Regulations, 2009
(c)The licensee shall not charge any amount exceeding the trading margin for the inter-State trading in electricity, fixed by the Commission from time to time.
