Section 300(1) in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha
(1)If notice of a proposed amendment has not been given before the day on which the Bill is taken up by the Select Committee, any member may object to the moving of the amendment and such objection shall prevail unless the Chairperson allows the amendment to be moved.
