Section 11 in Andhra Pradesh Electricity Reform (Transfer Scheme) Rules, 1999

11. Decision of State Government final.

(1)The State Government shall have the power to remove difficulties arising in implementing the transfers mentioned above.
(2)The State Government may exercise any of the powers vested in the State Government under these rules by issue of order to be notified in Official Gazette.
