13. Distribution of duties and functions.
(1)Subject to the provisions of Act, the Chairman shall distribute the duties and functions among the officers of the Board.(2)In respect of distribution of duties and functions pertaining to the disposal of the case work in the Secretariat of the Board on such subjects as are not to be included in the regular agenda of the Board's meeting the orders of the Chairman shall be final.
