Section 73(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Agricultural Produce and Livestock Marketing (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2017
(1)Any person aggrieved by the order of the Director or the officer authorized by him, passed under Section 57,58, and 72, as the case may be, may prefer an appeal to state Government or the officer authorized by it, in the form and manner as prescribed, within thirty days from the date of receipt of such order. The Appellate Authority shall dispose of the appeal within thirty days, after giving the parties a reasonable opportunity of being heard.
