Mr. Justice L. Narasimha Reddy:
This O.A. is filed with a prayer to direct the respondents to consider the case of the applicant for promotion as Scientist 'F' (Senior Principal Scientist)/Scientist Grade - 1V (5).
2. Today, it is brought to our notice that the applicant was promoted to the said post but that in turn shall be subject to the outcome of the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him.
3. We, therefore, dispose of the O.A. directing that the promotion extended to the applicant shall be subject to the outcome of the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him vide charge memorandum dated 20.01.2014. There shall be no order as to costs.
