Section 9(2) in The Gujarat Medical Council Act, 1967
(2)No disqualification of or defect in the election or nomination of any person as a member, or as the President, or as the Vice resident, or as a presiding authority of a meeting, shall of itself be deemed to vitiate any act or proceedings of the Council in which such person has taken part, whenever the majority of persons who are parties by such act or proceedings, were entitled to vote.
