1. Prayer for expeditious disposal of stay application in Civil Suit No. 128 of 2026 (Netrapal Singh Vs. Suresh Chand and others) has been made in this petition.
2. The order sheet indicates that the said suit along with injunction application has been filed very recently on 10.03.2026 and one date has been fixed and the matter is posted awaiting service on other defendants. Only defendant no. 1 has put in appearance through caveat.
3. The petitioner has hurriedly rushed to this Court seeking expeditious disposal of the application.
4. The petition is dismissed at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to file another petition if defendants delay disposal of the injunction application despite service of notice or avoid appearance before the trial court.
