1. The present revision petition is filed under section 401 read with section 397 Cr.P.C to impugn the order dated 28.07.2023 passed by the court of Ms. Neha Paliwal Sharma, ASJ-05, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in CA bearing no. 244/2022 titled as Deepak Jethwani V Meeta Jethwani.
2. After substantial arguments, the counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
3. The present petition is allowed to be dismissed as withdrawn, along with pending applications.
