Section 5(2) in Chhattisgarh Agricultural Cattle Preservation Rules, 2014
(2)If the Registrar, Chhattisgarh Go-Seva Aydg/Joint Director/Deputy Director is satisfied that the information furnished in the application and enclosed document are correct and if the character certificate issued by Superintendent of Police is proper, then the Registrar shall appoint the applicant as Agricultural Cattle Welfare Officer in Form 5 and shall also issue identity card and record all the particular in the register.
