Section 5(b) in IIHMR University, Jaipur Act, 2014
(b)to grant, subject to such conditions as the University may determine, post graduate diplomas and confer post graduate degrees or other academic distinctions on the basis of examinations, evaluation or any other method of testing on persons, and to withdraw any such post graduate diplomas, post graduate degrees or other academic distinctions for good and sufficient cause;
