Section 50 in The Merchant Shipping (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers) Rules, 1998
50. Fees. - (1) Every candidate shall pay fees in accordance with the scale of fees specified in the Schedule on each occasion he applies for examination or enquiries, as the case may be, as to his eligibility for examination or exemption or both.
(2)Fees paid under these rules shall not be refunded.
