1. Counsel for the petitioners submitted that request of the petitioner-partnership firm for grant of Customs Broker Licence came to be rejected by the authority by impugned order dated 03.06.2015, on the ground that one of the partners was subjected to penalty order as an employee of another firm. This order was passed without hearing the petitioners or issuance of any show cause notice on the proposed ground for rejection.
2. NOTICE returnable on 10.02.2016. Direct service to respondents No.2 to 4 granted.
