Section 1 in Telangana (Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes) Regulation of Issue of Community Certificates Act, 1993
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.5, Scheduled Castes Development (POA.A2) Department, dated 08.08.2014.] (Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes) Regulation of issue of Community Certificates Act, 1993.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.5, Scheduled Castes Development (POA.A2) Department, dated 08.08.2014.].(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.
