Section 30(1) in The Hindustan Tractors Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of undertaking) Act, 1978
(1)No suit, prosecution, or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or any officer of that Government, or the Custodian, or the State Government, or the Government company, or any officer of the State Government or the Government, or the State Government, or the Government company, for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
