Section 289(2) in U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Rules, 1952
(2)He shall particularly see that all the amounts collected have been deposited without undue delay and have been credited to the villages and fasals to which they relate, that items are not unnecessarily left outstanding which may prove troublesome to the Collector later and that processes have been promptly executed.
