Section 511B(2)(e) in The Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957

(e)all assessments, valuations, measurements or divisions made by [a Corporation] [Substituted by Delhi Act 12 of 2011, section 2(a), "for the Corporation" (w.e.f. 13-1-2012)] immediately before such commencement in or in connection with the "transferred functions" shall continue in force and be deemed to have been made by the new authority concerned unless and until they are superseded by any assessment, valuation, measurement or division made by that authority;
