Section 30(1) in Chhattisgarh Council for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Act, 2015
(1)If the State Government is satisfied that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it may, by notification published in the Official Gazette, amend the Schedule as the case may be, And the Schedule shall be deemed to have been amended accordingly.
