Section 12 in The Tamil Nadu Dramatic Performances Act, 1954
12. Protection for acts done in good faith.—
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall be instituted against any authority or officer for any thing which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any Rule made thereunder.
