26. Period of deputation to an organisation in India.
- Period of deputation of an employee to another organisation in India will count as qualifying service:Provided the organisation to which he is deputed or the employee pays the pensionary contributions at the rates specified in sub-rule (a) of rule 7 of these rules, to the Corporation.
