35. Regulations.
- The authorities of the University may make Regulations, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or the Statutes, for the purpose of-(a)laying down the procedure to be observed at their meetings and the number of members required to form the quorum; and(b)providing for matters which by this Act or the Statutes are required to be regulated by Regulations.
