6. Local authority to prepare list of children.
- It shall be the duty of the local authority to cause, as early as possible after the publication of a declaration under section 4, to be prepared a list of children in the area of compulsion in such manner as may be determined by the Director, and the local authority shall cause the list to be revised at such intervals as may be prescribed.
