25. Directors.
(1)The Directors of the University or Institute or School or Center shall be appointed by the Director General, with the approval of the Board in such mariner and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.(2)The qualifications and other terms and conditions of the Directors shall be such as may be prescribed by the regulations.(3)The Directors shall assist the Director General in managing the academic, administrative and other affairs of the University Departments, University Schools and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed or entrusted to them by the Director General.
