Section 55(1)(b) in Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018

(b)The Government may, by notification in the Telangana Gazette, resume the management and superintendence of any endowment made over to a Gram Panchayat under clause (a) and upon such resumption, all the powers and duties attaching to the Gram Panchayat in respect of the endowment shall cease and determine.
