Section 81 in The West Bengal Separation of Judicial And Executive Functions Act, 1970

81. In section 346, -

(1)in sub-section (1), for the words "the District Magistrate", the words "the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate" shall be substituted;

(2)in sub-sections (1) and (2), for the words "Magistrate", wherever if occurs, the words "Judicial Magistrate" shall be substituted.
