Section 266B(2) in The Chandernagore Municipal Corporation Act, 1990
(2)For the purpose of inspection of examination, the Director of Local Bodies may require the Chief Executive Officer or any officer of the Corporation-(a)to produce any book, record, correspondence, plan or other document,(b)to furnish any return, plan, estimate, statement, account or statistics, or(c)to furnish or obtain any report.
