Section 45 in Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapy Act, 2011
45. Directions by State Government.
(1)The Council shall carry out such directions as may be issued from time to time by the State Government for the efficient administration of this Act.(2)If in connection with the exercise of its authority and the discharge of its functions by the Council under this Act, any dispute arises between the Council and the State Government, the decision of the Government on such dispute shall be final.
