b) Forward copy of authority letter forwarded to your office (by DDU Gorakhpur University) with reference to which your office had shown last date for submission of fees ad 27 June 2013 in Chalan generated for students of 2nd phase counseling. (college allotment dated 22/07/13).
c) Forward copy of authority letter forwarded to your office (by DDU Gorakhpur University) with reference to which your office had shown last date for submission of fees ad 27 June 2013 in Chalan generated for students of 3 rd phase counseling. (college allotment dated 25/07/13).
d) Name and Address of Appellate Authority.

Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:
The following were present Appellant: Mr. V K Saxena appellant's representative through VC Respondent: Mr. A K Agarwal PIO through VC The appellant stated that he wants a copy of the guidelines regarding fee of DDU Gorakhpur University appearing on NIC website. The PIO clarified that NIC is only a service provider to various Government departments but the website is maintained by the concerned department and any content displayed on the website would be available only with the department. The appellant pleaded that if it be so the respondent should transfer his RTI application to the DDU Gorakhpur University as provided under Section 6(3) of the RTI Act. The PIO agreed.
Decision notice:
As agreed by the PIO he should transfer the appellant's RTI application to the concerned public authority forthwith.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
