16. Power to create, abolish or alter divisions area, etc.
- The State Government may be notification in the Official Gazette,(a)create new or abolish existing divisions, districts, sub-division tehsils, sub-tehsils and villages, and(b)alter the limits of any of them.B. Courts and Officers(Section 17 and 21)
