Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Agricultural Holdings (Census) Act, 1957.
1. Short title, extent and commencement:.
(1)This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Agricultural Holdings (Census) Act, 1957.(2)It extends to the territories of the State of Andhra Pradesh which, immediately before the 1st November, 1956, were comprised in the State of Andhra.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 21st September, 1957.
