Section 16(1) in The Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Rules, 2017
(1)Every employee retiring from the service of the Bureau shall be entitled to reimbursement of medical expenses necessary for outdoor and indoor medical treatment for himself and the members of his family, as specified in rule 9 and rule 10, after retirement for the whole life of the retired employee and dependents.
