Section 52(2)(b) in The Inter-State Migrant Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) (Punjab) Rules, 1983

(b)Signatures or thumb-impression of every migrant workman on the register of wages shall be obtained and entries therein shall be authenticated by the contractor or his duly authorised representative and duly certified by the authorised representative of the principal employer as required by rule 35;
