Section 1 in The West Bengal Cement Control Act, 1948
1. Short title, extent and commencement. -
(1)This Act may be called the West Bengal Cement Control Act, 1948.(2)It extends to the whole of West Bengal.(3)It shall come into force on the date on which the West Bengal Cement Control Ordinance, 1948, ceases to operate.
