Section 21(4) in The Punjab Probation of Offenders Rules, 1962
(4)The State Government may withdraw the recognition to a society under sub-rule (1) after giving a notice of three months to the society. The recognised society may also get its recognition withdrawn by the State Government after giving to it a notice of three months.
