Section 28 in Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Abolition of Inams Act, 1955.
28. Revision:.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or any other law for the time being in force, an application for revision shall lie to the High Court from any order passed or proceedings taken by the Collector (except these referred to in Section 24) or by the Special Tribunal under this Act on the following grounds that the original or appellate authority:(a)exercise a jurisdiction not vested in it by law;(b)failed to exercise a jurisdiction so vested; or(c)acted illegally or with material irregularity in following the procedure or passing the order.
