56.
Inspection of records and supply of certified copies. - Records of every Proceeding shall be open, as a matter of right, to the inspection of the parties or their authorised representatives at any time either during the pendency of the Proceeding or after the orders are passed, subject to payment of fee and complying with other terms the Commission may direct.
