Section 5(i) in Bihar State Board of Homeopathic Medicine (Electoral Rolls and the Conduct of Elections and Election Petition) Rules, 1955
(i)On receipt of a notice under Rule 3, the Bihar Legislative Assembly shall elect two members from amongst its members by means of a single transferable vote and the Bihar Legislative Council shall elect one member of the Council under such conditions as may be laid down by the Chairman of the Bihar Legislative Council.
