Section 1 in Mother Teresa Women's University Act, 1984
1. Short title and commencement –
(1)This Act may be called the Mother Teresa Women’s University Act, 1984.(2)This section and sections 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 37, 45, 46, 47, 50 and 51 shall be deemed to have come into force onthe 30th January 1984, and the rest of this Act shall come into force on such date as the Government may, be notification, appoint.
