----Respondents
For Petitioner(s) : None present For Respondent(s) :
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE INDERJEET SINGH Order 06/10/2018 None present on behalf of the petitioner, even in the second round.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:-
"It is, therefore, humbly prayed to your lordships may kindly graciously be pleased to accept and allow this writ petition and :- I) by appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature thereof the impugned order dated 23.05.2016 may kindly be quashed and set aside.
ii) by appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature thereof the respondents may be directed to allow Posting to the petitioner on the Post of Teacher Grade- III Level-II in Govt. Adarsh Sr. Secondary School Khora Meena (Amer) and Govt. Adarsh Sr. (2 of 2) [CW-21655/2018] Secondary School Pili Ki Talai Amer (Jhotwara City) where the post of Teacher Grade-III Level-II are still lying vacant. Iii) Any other order which the Hon'ble Court deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may be passed in favour of the Petitioner."
I have gone through the writ petition and in my considered view the writ petition filed by the petitioner deserves to be dismissed for the reason that the transfer order was issued by the respondents way-back on 23.05.2016 and the petitioner has filed the present writ petition after a delay of almost two years.
In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands dismissed.
