ARUN MONGA, J,(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.read with Section 440 of Cr.P.C. seeking direction to reduce the bail amount from Rs.1 lakh to the reasonable amount as the order passed by the learned Trial Court dated 15.12.2022 (Annexure P-3) in FIR No.341 dated 21.12.2020 registered under Sections 323/325/294/201/34 of the IPC at Police Station B-Div, Amritsar.
2. Since the bail amount has already been reduced by this Court from Rs.1 lakh to Rs.30,000/- in a collateral proceedings instituted by the petitioner herein in CRM-M-18-2023 titled "Sajan Sharma vs. State of Punjab and another" vide order dated 24.07.2023, passed by this Court, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. Disposed of accordingly.
