Section 4(1) in The Orissa Kendu Leaves (Control of Trade) Rules, 1962
(1)On receipt of a reference under Sub-section (2) or (3) of Section 7, the Officer holding the enquiry shall, as soon as may be, intimate the place, date and time fixed for holding the enquiry to the parties concerned by a notice in writing delivered to them personally or sent to them by registered post with acknowledgement due.
