ORAL ORDER IN LOK ADALAT
1. The matter was placed in the Lok Adalat with the consent of the parties.
2. The parties are present. Their learned advocates are present. Officer of the Insurance Company is also present. As the matter has been compromised in this Lok Adalat, the parties have agreed to settle the dispute. The Insurance Company shall deposit the agreed amount i.e. 1,32,000/ (One Lac Thirty Two Thousand only) as full and final settlement, without interest, expeditiously.
3. The appellant will be entitled to the refund of the Court Fees, as per the Legal Services Authority Act.
4. The matter is disposed of accordingly.
