At this stage, counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that in the earlier round of litigation the proceedings were stayed before the trial Court. In view of this, it is directed that further proceedings before the trial Court in C.S. No.36-A/2014 pending before the I Civil Judge Class-II, Ujjain shall remain stayed, till the next date of hearing.
