Section 17(1) in The Gujarat Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
(1)It shall be the duty of the Registrar to keep and maintain the register correctly, as far as possible, and from time to time to make and revise the entries therein and to issue the certificates of registration and renewal slips, in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the rules, and the orders of the Council.
