Section 37(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014
(1)The Government shall circulate a copy of the Act and the rules framed thereunder to establish effective linkages between various Government, Non-Government, corporate and other community agencies for facilitating the rehabilitation and social reintegration of juveniles or children through the Board or Committee as the case may be.
