Section 210 in The Calcutta Municipal Corporation Act, 1980
210. Toll on roads. -
The Corporation may, with the sanction of the State Government, establish a toll bar on any public street in Calcutta and levy a toll at such toll bar on vehicles at such rates as may be determined by the State Government from time to time.
