Date : 26.04.2024 Heard Mr. S. K. Das, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that opposite party No. 4, namely, Mr. B. Kalyan Chakravarthy, Principal Secretary, Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship Department, Block-D, 1 st Floor, Assam Secretariat, Dispur, Guwahati-6 and opposite party No. 5, namely, Mr. Anant Lal Gyani, the Director, Employment and Craftsman Training and Member Secretary, Assam Skill Development Initiative Society, Assam, Rehabari, Guwahati-781008 should be impleaded as respondent Nos. 4 & 5 in the contempt petition.
Mr. R. K. D. Choudhury, learned Dy. SGI and Mr. S. P. Das, learned counsel, appearing for the respondents submit that they have got no objection to the application being allowed.
The prayer of the applicant's counsel is allowed.
Accordingly, Mr. B.
