This appeal arises out of an order dated 27th March, 2019, passed by a learned Single Judge in W. P. 21382 (W) 2018 with CAN 1804 of 2019 (Asian Tea Exports Limited vs. Union of India & Ors.).
A bare perusal of the impugned order reveals that the subject-matter relates to Group - IV. As such, we direct the learned advocate-on-record of the appellant to correct the 'Presentation Form' in course of this day.
